First-party Website Measurement

When first-party measurement is configured for Ocean Wave, measurement starts when a page loads and is not blocked by a separate cookie-consent modal. The website creates a cryptographically random visitor identifier in a first-party cookie with a local-storage fallback and recognizes that browser for up to 90 days of inactivity. It also creates a random session identifier; 30 minutes without activity starts a new session.

We may record page and section views, approved scroll milestones, aggregate click coordinates, CTA activations, brochure download starts, outbound-link activations, form lifecycle events, and session engagement summaries. We may also record sanitized page paths, an external referrer origin/path, approved attribution values such as UTM fields, fbclid, gclid, ad ID and ad-set ID, and descriptive browser, device, language, screen-size and timezone information. Coarse country, region or city is recorded only when resolved from an approved trusted source.

This measurement does not record keystrokes, form values before final submission, passwords, clipboard contents, full query strings, mouse-movement replay, full DOM snapshots, or fingerprinting signals such as canvas, audio, font, WebGL or similar device-derived identifiers. Form values are sent only when you submit the final enquiry form to the configured first-party collector.

To retry an enquiry safely after a lost response, the browser may retain derived sensitive local retry metadata for up to seven days: a random salt, a salted cryptographic digest of the final submitted details, the submission ID and form duration. Raw form values are never stored for this purpose, and the salt and digest are never sent as analytics or to the collector.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide will be used to contact you regarding MGP projects, schedule and confirm site visits, provide project brochures, pricing, payment plans and availability, answer your enquiries, provide updates on offers, launches and events, and improve our customer service and marketing communications. First-party measurement is used to understand page engagement, CTA performance, brochure requests and enquiry conversion, and to connect a submitted enquiry with its preceding website journey where appropriate.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only with our authorised sales team, authorised channel partners assisting in the sales process, and service providers engaged for customer communication or CRM management. Data Retention

The first-party visitor identifier is recognized for up to 90 days of inactivity. Raw website events and anonymous session records are retained for up to 365 days by default. Submitted enquiries, linked lead records and related CRM events follow the applicable business and legal retention requirements until a deletion request is processed. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of your personal information where permitted by law. You may also contact us to opt out of first-party measurement or request deletion of the associated visitor, session, event and enquiry records, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.
